FAQs

1. Can I bring my children?

You can bring your female children above 16 years old with a full ticket. You can bring your baby under 2 if you book the premium package (with your own room) under your own ticket.

2. Is transport included?

No, you will be required to arrange your own transport to the venue. However, we will create a WhatsApp group closer to the date and you will be able to arrange carpooling. In most cases, guests are able to arrange carpooling.

3. Do you offer discounts for financial difficulty?

We now offer to option to secure your spot with a deposit at booking, and balance to be paid 14 days before the event start date

4. Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we cater to most dietary requirements. If you have very strict or unusual dietary requirements, we may not be able to accommodate this; but we will let you know in advance and request that you make other arrangements, or offer free cancellation. You will need to state your dietary requirements at booking.

5. Do you offer free cancellation?

No, however you can transfer your ticket to someone else for free until two (2) weeks prior to the start date of the event. We may also offer your ticket to our waiting list (if there is a waiting list) and if the ticket is taken, we can arrange a transfer of your ticket. This will incur a $50 transfer fee. Please refer to our full Terms and Conditions of Service for more information.

6. What are the bedding arrangements?

The accommodation offers various types of rooms. Unless you booked a specific package or type of room, rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis based on booking time. The property may have bunk beds, or queen/king beds so please contact us before booking to confirm. If you booked two tickets together, you may be placed in the same queen/king bed.

7. What if I have special needs?

Please state your special needs/conditions during booking. If we are unable to accommodate your special needs, we will be in touch with you to discuss your needs and will provide you with the option to cancel your booking.

8. What is the address of the property?

We release the address of the venue only to confirmed guests for privacy and security purposes however have strict standards about the quality of the venues we choose to ensure a premium experience for our guests. We provide a 24 hour cooling off period on all orders so you may enquire about the venue after booking if you wish to exercise your right to cancel during the cooling off period.
