We recommend budgeting an additional $600-$1200 for the above additional expenses.
Flights
You will need to purchase your own flights for this trip. The flights that the group will be travelling on are as follows:
Melbourne to Queenstown: 6:15AM - 11:20 AM Flight JQ219
Queenstown to Melbourne: 8:35PM - 10:05PM Flight JQ220
We recommend booking your flights as soon as possible to ensure the best price, and that there will be seats left as we are travelling during the peak season.
Accommodation
4* star hotels or holiday apartments/homes depending on availability.
Accommodation details will be shared with guests only.
Meals
Meals will be a combination of restaurants, and cooking with groceries depending on the location, schedule, and availability of halal options. Where we cook food with groceries, we will cover the cost of groceries. The cost of eating out at restaurants will be borne by guests.
Group Specifications
This trip is limited to 10 participants in total and bookings will be closed once tickets are sold out.
This trip is only open to women and girls above the age of 14 with the exception of driver.
All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
Booking and Payment
Total cost: $1390 + flights + personal expenses
Deposit of $300 is required upon registration. This deposit is non-refundable.
You will then need to book the flights as listed in the itinerary and pay for them. Once you pay for those flights, you will need to send an email to info@aliviajourneys.org and we will confirm your booking and send you the payment information for the remainder of the tour price. We are amenable to you booking different flights provided that they are on the same day.
We will also confirm your ID via video call at this stage.
The remainder of the trip price, being $1090 is required by the end of October 2024 by direct bank transfer.
